Hiring tends to be the system we only think about when we have to. However, when this system is well defined, it can be the key to not only finding the RIGHT fit but the magic behind building your forever team! Imagine a world where you are no longer shifting through piles of unqualified candidates and can easily delegate hiring to your team. THIS WORLD EXISTS. It starts with knowing who your forever team is, who your UNICORN team member is, and then building an avatar around them.
Build your ad as if you’re speaking directly to the person you want to hire….
How do you do that? With an AVATAR! Picture him/her as a real live person standing in front of you. Build the person out and think as you’re writing an ad, “How would I attract this person to me in real life?”
What kind of person do you want to attract?
Maybe even name your avatar! Give them an identity and truly sit and resonate with that person AS IF they were sitting in front of you. Do this for every position in your office.
NOW – build your ad to speak directly to that person. Find your Unicorn and successfully fill your practice with the type of people you want to spend the majority of your time with.
